Shipping Policy for Wellsleep UK

General
We aim to keep our stock counts accurate. Occasionally, discrepancies may occur, and we might only be able to fulfil part of your order. In this case, we will dispatch the available items and contact you regarding any out-of-stock products. You may choose to wait for restock or receive a refund for the unavailable items.

We use Royal Mail Special Delivery for next-day deliveries within the UK. To qualify for next-day delivery, your order and payment must be completed before the daily cut-off time.

Delivery Times
We aim to dispatch all orders within 1-2 business days after receiving payment. However, delivery times may occasionally vary due to unforeseen factors such as weather or postal service delays.

International Delivery Times
Orders outside the UK are typically dispatched within 48-72 hours of payment. Delivery can take up to 8-10 days, depending on customs processing and courier service.

We operate Monday to Friday during regular business hours, excluding national holidays. During holiday periods, we take steps to minimise potential shipping delays.

Change of Delivery Address
You may request a change to your delivery address at any point before your order has been dispatched.

Delivery Delays
If your delivery exceeds the expected timeframe, please contact us so we can investigate. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.

Damaged Parcels
If your parcel arrives damaged, please refuse delivery and contact our customer service team. If the parcel was left in your absence, please get in touch with customer service for assistance.

Failed Deliveries
If a delivery attempt is made and you are unavailable, the courier will leave a notification card. You are then responsible for arranging redelivery or collecting the parcel from the courier.

Duties and Taxes
Sales tax (VAT) is already included in the prices displayed on our website.
